Richard Dunoff
Teaching Artist
Rich Dunoff has consistently worked as a photographer or photographic educator for the past 49 years. Rich was always interested in education and after completing his Bachelors degree he went on to earn a Masters degree in education. Having finished the academic portion of his education he began working as a freelance commercial and corporate photographer. During this period of his career he worked for numerous magazines as well as for corporations shooting photographs to be used in Annual Reports, Advertising and other corporate brochures. While working for these clients Rich earned numerous awards. In addition he has published two photographic books, “University of Delaware a Celebration: and also “Philadelphia, a Photographic Portrait”as well as a number of different Calendars and posters. In addition to working as a freelancer he also taught part-time at a number of different colleges and arts institutions. In 2004 he began teaching at an inner city high school in Philadelphia. In June of 2017 he retired from teaching full time. During his teaching career his students won both regional and national awards for their photography.
